The program's adherence to kashrut is overseen by Shevet Ahim, the local orthodox community. Chalav Yisrael will be used for dairy products, meats will adhere to the Glatt (Chalak Beit Yosef) standard, and all foods will be prepared following the Bishul Yisrael guidelines.
