Pricing & Payment
How much does Panama Yeshiva Week cost?
Pricing is personalized based on room type, number of adults, teenagers, and children, single or double occupancy, and flight options. Special rates are available for children and infants.
Is there a single occupancy option?
Yes. Singles are welcome, and single occupancy rates are available with a supplement. Many singles attend our trips, so you will have plenty of company.
What's NOT included that we should budget for?

What are the payment terms?
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
- Final payment is due by December 1st.
- Payment methods include credit card, Zelle, or ACH.
- Payment plans are available upon request.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are provided at booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.
Can I book for just part of the week?
We can sometimes accommodate custom dates or partial attendance. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Are there group discounts for multiple families?

Which meals exactly are included?
All included meals are prepared under strict kosher supervision.
What do we do for dinners that aren't included?
Panama City has excellent kosher restaurants near the hotel. We help with restaurant reservations so you do not need to worry about language barriers or availability. Many families also coordinate group dinners together.
Is everything strictly kosher?
Yes. All included program meals are certified by SKO under the supervision of Rabbi Aharon Chein, with strict Orthodox rabbinical standards throughout the program.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

What's Included
Are all tours and activities included?
Yes. All scheduled activities are included, including the Panama Canal, Monkey Island, beach day, Emberá Village, cultural touring, transportation, entrance fees, and professional guides.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Round-trip transfers between Tocumen Airport (PTY) and the hotel are included, whether you book flights through us or independently.
What about tips and gratuities?
Tips are not included but customary. We will share suggested guidance before the trip and may collect group tips for guides and drivers to simplify the process.

Can we book without flights?
Yes. Many guests use miles, arrive early, or fly from other cities. Airport transfers are included regardless. We will provide recommended arrival times.

We can help arrange flights from many cities, not just New York. Send us your departure city and we will help find the best route and rate.
Accommodations
What room types are available?
Room options at the Renaissance Panama City include deluxe rooms and suites, with different occupancy options based on your family size and preferences. All rooms include hotel amenities, WiFi, daily housekeeping, and comfortable bedding.
Can we get connecting rooms?
Yes, connecting rooms may be available. Request this when getting your quote. If connecting rooms are unavailable, we will do our best to keep rooms on the same floor and close together.
Is the pool or gym mixed or separate?
The pool and fitness center are mixed gender and open to hotel guests.
I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member. Can I use my status?
Yes, Marriott Bonvoy members can add their membership number to earn points where eligible. Your reservation must be made through Go Beyond to access the kosher program, meals, and programming.

Are singles welcome? Will I be alone?
Singles are absolutely welcome. The program includes families, couples, and singles, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of shared meals, tours, and free time to connect.
Is there special programming for singles?
Singles naturally connect through shared dining, tour seating, WhatsApp coordination, and free time activities. The program is inclusive rather than separated.
Families & Children
What are the age categories for pricing?
We offer family-friendly pricing with reduced rates for children and teenagers. Infants under 2 are $200 each, plus a $150 lap-infant fare if you add group flights. Get a personalized quote for exact pricing based on your family.
Are activities suitable for young children?
Most activities are designed for a broad age range. Beach day, Monkey Island, and hotel pool time are especially family-friendly. Some cultural and rainforest activities may be better for children who can comfortably handle longer outings.
Is babysitting available?

Shabbat & Religious
Is this fully Shomer Shabbat?
Yes. There are no tours on Shabbat, Shabbat meals are prepared in advance, and the hotel is experienced with Orthodox Jewish groups.
