What To Know

What Is Yeshiva Week?

Two tracks, both at the Renaissance Panama City. Pick whichever fits your school break.

Yeshiva Week (sometimes called "yeshiva vacation week" or "yeshiva winter break") is the mid-winter intersession observed by most American yeshivas and Jewish day schools. It consistently falls in late January, which makes it the most popular week of the year for frum families to travel together.

Because schools are off and the weather up north is at its coldest, families look for a warm, fully kosher, Shabbat-observant destination where everything is handled. That's exactly what Panama Yeshiva Week is built for: luxury accommodations, glatt kosher meals, daily tours, and Shabbat programming — all in one quote.
